cad academic standards

• Add a standards page for each module
• Show what standards the modules meet (matrices)
• Include sample lessons or other evidence of how the modules and lessons incorporate standards.  Use the Santa Clara County four panel lesson summaries to show strategies and activities of representative lessons.  There should be 5-6 lessons summaries here by February 2001.
