Power Point Presentation: An overview of the field of Engineering/Technology. Motivate students through an increased understanding of the field regardless of the degree program.
Power Point Presentation Address the importance of broadening the engineering/technology education. Advantages and particulars of student organizations, engineering/technology projects, and pre-professional employment. Emphasize "giving back" to the school and community for future generations.

Log onto the Internet and establish e-mail addresses for all students. Forward these addresses to an industry partner for telementoring matching. Send off messages of introduction. This contact can be established through K-12 education or Public Relation Departments in Industry

Powerpoint Presentation Keys to success: Determination, Effort, and Approach. What is an "excellent" education and how do they go about getting it.
PowerPoint Presentation The importance of developing yourself: behavior modification, barriers to change, understanding yourself and others, diversity, assessing strengths and weaknesses, communication, and motivation.
Structure the students into teams based on major disciplines of interest. Prepare a powerpoint presentation on the discipline to include: description, education, opportunities, professional societies, opportunities,etc. Also, develop a poster depicting your discipline.
Process In-depth
Continue working on powerpoint presentations. Begin to incorporate necessary educational requirements, options, and key institutions for the specific discipline.
