The Technical Support: DOS 6.2, Networking Essentials: Network Operating Systems and Enterprise Operating System Technologies SmartForce CBT Systems Training modules are available from www.smartforce.com for $124.95 each.

Several Computers (depending on group sizes) will be required for the 'Installation of a Network Operating System' portion of the course with the following Minimum Specifications:

• Pentium II 300mhz Processor or Equiv.
• 128 MB RAM Memory
• 2 Gigabyte Hard Drive
• CD-ROM Drive
• Video Card
• Ethernet Network Card (NIC)
• Floppy Disk Drive 3.5 inch

The following Operating Systems Installation CD-ROMs or Floppy Disks along with their accompanying installation instructions will be required:

• Microsoft MS-DOS 6.22 (Required for NetWare Installation) approximate cost $70
• Microsoft NT 4.0 Server or Windows 2000 Server (Evaluation Editions are available from Microsoft for price of shipping http://www.microsoft.com)
• Novell NetWare Server 5 or 5.1 (Evaluation Editions are available from Novell http://www.novell.com)
• SUN Solaris 8 (Full version is available from SUN Microsystems for less than $100 under Binary License program. http://www.sun.com.  Free download is also available.)
